OUR FEES AND CHARGES

As we develop our relationship with you, we feel from the outset we are upfront with what our advice will cost to you. We feel it is important to be transparent as we deal with your money and give you an honest approach.

There are several stages in the advice process where a cost may occur and the below diagram states these stages, giving you an idea of the value you will get for your money.

A flat fee 4% up to £100,000
A flat fee 3% if investing between £100,000 and £249,000
A flat fee 2% if investing between £249,000 and £999,999
A flat fee 1% if investing over £1,000,000

Regular contributions = 25% of the first 12 months contributions
Consultation - Fees: At our expense

We will introduce ourselves and provide information about our business, how we would like to work with you, the intermediary services we can provide and the costs of those services. At this stage of the process, we will agree with you your priorities and the appropraite fees prior to commencing any work.

Understanding and Analysis - Fees: £500 offset against implementation

Once we have decided to work together, we gather personal and financial information from you and we will talk to you about your financial goals, so we can work out our recommendations and advise including which products would be most suitable for your needs. We also gather detailed information about your current financial plans, policies and any commitments. This will involve technical work due to the nature of your current investments. We will assess you attitude to risk, this will help us understand how much investment risk you are willing to take with your money.

Advice and Implementation - Fees: A flat fee 4% up to £100,000. A flat fee 3% if investing between £100,000 and £249,000. A flat fee 2% if investing between £249,000 and £999,999. A flat fee 1% if investing over £1,000,000

 

Regular Premium: an amount equal to 25% of the first 12 months contribution.

Once we have gathered all the necessary information, we will provide you with tailored financial recommendations on the areas you wanted to review.

We will then agree the recommendations you want us to implement, in order to meet your needs and objectives. We will help you complete the relevant application(s) and any additional information required. Where you choose to make regular contributions, our fee may be spread over a longer period dependent on our agreement.

Ongoing Service (optional) - Fees: A percentage of funds under management.

​

We aim to build long-lasting trusted business relationships with all of our clients. An essential part of this is to continually review your arrangements to ensure that they continue to match your goals and objectives at any given period throughour your financial planning lifetime.

We offer two tiers of Ongoing Service:

 

Wealth Management Service

  • This will cost 1% of funds under management

  • We will have annual reviews and provide a Financial Planning report

  • Portfolio review and rebalancing.

  • Complimentary financial review for one family member.

  • Client newsletter & market updates

  • Full access to Practice staff

  • Unlimited Telephone support

Financial Advice Service

  • This will cost 0.75% of funds under management

  • A Financial Planning report wil be provided on an annual basis

  • Full access to Practice staff

  • Unlimited Telephone Support

​

Pure Protection Products - No Fee.

For whole of life and term pure protection insurance (life and critical illnes cover) we are paid by commission from the insurer.

​

Mortgage - Fees: £495 payable on completion.

We are also paid commission from the lender.
